• Once again it is open season for the CPC knockers. Cries of "Let's make it harder" or "Just a Mickey Mouse test" . • . what rot!

The rules, regulations, laws and convention are the same in Ireland as in England or, for that matter, Belgium. How you find out about the laws is a different matter.

The way the UK goes about it makes one read everything; you have to because the subject is so vast. You have to study, read and revise, and it sticks, because events that happen trigger the memory.
