The new company will trade as Rapp Metals Ltd with a head office at Hayes. Middx. and offer stocks of aluminium alloy. steels and yellow metals from warehouses at Hayes, Birmingham, Glasgow, South Wales, Newcastle and Norwich. The company will also operate a warehouse for the road transport industry at Colnbrook, Bucks. Alcan Booth is also merging the South Wales branch of its other major stockholder. Metal Centres Ltd, with Rapp Metals and an enlarged warehouse will operate under Rapp Metals' name at Bridgend.
