• A haulier died when he was crushed under his artic in a :railer park last week.
The incident occurred on 3 September at 12:35hrs in a compound at Barnsley's Metro Centre. A police spokeswoman says Darren Griffiths, a 24year-old owner-driver, was working on his vehicle in a rough standing area that is designated for trailers.
He was coupling up an airline to a trailer when the vehicle rolled over him.
Griffiths sustained severe head injuries; paramedics pronounced him dead at the scene.
