Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

This 1979 Bedford TX Pick-up is what is known in the jargon of the constabulary as "ex-job". For 10 years ago the Pick-up was working as a recovery vehicle towing away illegally parked cars for the Metropolitan Police. That was until it was bought by John Wakely (pictured), an NOV driver from Surbiton in Surrey. Back in civvy street the truck now accompanies John to classic car rallies around the country. These trucks were produced in a variety of forms from 1959 to 1983 and are said to be the most popular medium-weight vehicle of all time. John is very proud of his Bedford which these days acts as the motorist's friend. Should any fellow exhibitors happen to find themselves bogged down in the mud, John is only too happy to tow them away—back to terra firma that is!
