Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

Emergency lighting at roadside breakdowns, for instance, can be supplied by Coolite rods. These are plastic tubes about 6in. long which when flexed cause two chemicals inside the tube to react and give off a fluorescent light. The light is claimed to last for a minimum of three hours.

Coolites do not corrode and cannot be extinguished by rain or wind. They do not smoke, and because there is no naked flame can be used near spilt fuel or gas.
