This new edition incorporates the provisions of the Road Traffic Act 1972 and an appendix dealing with the prosecution and punishment of offences under the 1972 Act has been added.
While this publication makes no pretence of being written for the benefit of transport operators exclusively, it deals comprehensively and understandably in an area in which transport operators are actively engaged. Its possession should be of assistance in helping both operator and driver to understand the law as it relates to his everyday activity. J.J.
