• International haulier Cave Wood (Transport) Ltd has been bought for £125,000 in cash by Price and Pearce (Holding) Ltd, the transport service division of city financiers Tozer, Kemsley and Millburn (Holdings) Ltd. TKM, besides being responsible for the distribution of MAN trucks, also owns British Commercial Transport and Cawthorn Holdings.
