WE regret to announce the deaths of Ma. J. V. FRANKLIN and MR. R. G. LEONARD.

Mr. Franklin, who was 56, was managing director of Black and Decker, Ltd. He joined the company in 1927, .

Mr. Leonard represented C. Lindley and Co., Ltd., in the north-west and North Wales.
