New bid by failed firms' director

MICHAEL SPENCE, the former director of two failed companies Mike Spence Ltd and Mike Spence Transport Ltd has applied to become a transport manager at a new firm, according to documents filed at Companies House.

Michelle Spence, former secretary of Warrington-based Mike Spence Ltd, which went into liquidation on 25 September, has sub mitted an 0-licence application to the North-Western Traffic Commissioner for Centurion Logistics.
