Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

Currently the main user of Boulogne, LD Lines has transferred its operations to the new terminal LD Lines has had a slightly choppy ride over recent months. Back in June, having scrapped the overnight Cote d'Albatre service from Dover to Dieppe due to lack of volume, it introduced a high-speed freight catamaran, the 30-truck Norman Arrow on the Dover-Boulogne route. However, the company soon admitted that the service wasn't working well enough, with not enough capacity and the single-deck layout creating access difficulties, which made loading and unloading too slow. As a result, the catamaran is about to swap duties with the conventional Norman Spirit, currently on the Portsmouth-Le Havre route. The Norman Spirit will provide four return Dover-Boulogne sailings daily, with a load that includes 110 freight vehicles, with a crossing time of 1hr 45min. LD Lines will be using the lessons learnt to spec the forthcoming new-generation of haat vessels, which will include double decks.
