Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

A TRIAL scheme offering cutprice bus travel is being launched on November 14 by Eastern Scottish.

It is introducing a travel club, which passengers can join for El a year in West Lothian. They will then be entitled to buy special travel tickets on the bus or from an Eastern Scottish office, giving them unlimited opportunities to travel into Edinburgh and within specified areas of West Lothian.

An Eastern Scottish official said: "We are using West Lothian as a trial area at the moment and if it is successful we will consider extending it to other parts of our operating area."

West Lothian has been divided into zones, Travel club members who wish to travel from the Livingston, Mid Calder and Broxburn areas will also be able to purchase a £6 weekly ticket which will give an unlimited number of journeys from the Bo'ness, Linlithgow, Bathgate, Whitburn, Fauldhouse, and West Calder areas, and into Edinburgh.

Independent Harris of Armadale already runs "commuter club" coach services into Edinburgh.
