Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

We really must tell you about the fantastic pulling power of Commercial Motor. Some months ago you ran an article on the formation of Wreckers International, a club for owners and /or operators of wreckers. We have had inquiries from all over the world, including Hong Kong, Africa, and South America, and we are still expecting to get one from Russia (we can hope, can't we?).

Our aim with this club is to bind together recovery operators all over the world of which, of course, there are many thousands, so that we will eventually be able to speak and obtain recognition as one unit of people throughout the world concerned with the problems of rescue and recovery.

Numbers are now well over 100 and going up every day, and a lot of this is in no small measure due to the publicity obtained by the circularization of Commercial Motor abroad.

In England alone, as a result of your original article and subsequent very minor publicity, more than 100 wrecker operators have attended our week-long recovery course, and I am delighted to say they obtained better than a 90 per cent pass. It has now become for us virtually a full-time job, and we are now working hard on plans to extend this scheme to Europe where, of course, we are already established.

We already have instructors who speak French, German and Arabic, but if that "Russian" does write in I guess we will just have to take a crash course so he will not be left out!
