Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

The range of filters and lubricators produced by C. A. Norgren has been superseded by the F04 Series compressed air filter and the L04 Series micro-fog lubricator. They replace existing types 30AJ, 3013J, 10AG and 10AH.

F04 filters are available in -kin. and fin. pipe sizes for flows up to 9 cfm at 100 psi. Directional louvres are claimed to increase water-removal efficiency and to give a low pressure drop.

A threaded transparent bowl replaces the metal bowl of earlier filters but the latter is optional for automatic-drain models. A simplified automaticdrain mechanism operates at intermittent flows. It is equipped with a manual override device.

Available in kin. and fin. pipe sizes for flows up to 9 cfm at 100 psi, L04 lubricators have a built-in flow sensor that adjusts lubrication delivery to dater for a wide air-flow demand. The bowl is of the transparent type and a drain valve is optional.

Made by: C. A. Norgren Ltd, Pneumatic Products, Shipstonon-Stour, Warks.

Price: F04 filter with manual drain, £2.24; F04 filter with automatic drain and transparent bowl, £320; F04 filter with automatic drain and metal bowl, £4.28; L04 lubricator, £3.78.
