Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

We have received several complaints from relatives of members of the A.S.C.,M. .T. columns at the Front that their very frequent letters from home have apparently not reached the men for whom they were intended. Since the commencement of the war, we have made extensive arrangements for the circulation of THE' COMMERCIAL MoTOR amongst the officers and men of the motor-transport columns. In cases of urgency we shall therefore be pleased to assist relatives by inserting short messages, which in this way may meet the eyes of those to whom there is, at present, difficulty in sending letters.

MRS. CARTER, desires to inform PRIVATE GEO. CARTER, No. 2483, 1ST DIV, CAV. SUPPLY COL., A.S.C., that she and her daughter are quite well and that letters have been regularly sent by her at frequent intervals, but have not apparently reached their destination.

We have, at the request of B.M. (Chester), forwarded a parcel of cigarettes, on which carriage was paid, to Private 2523, for whom it was intended. Will this correspondent 'accept our thanks for money contribution included in this week's Camp Comforts Fund list, as owing to the omission of an address it has been impossible to send a written receipt.
