Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

'THE most recent addition 1 to the fleet of coaches operated by Neath and Cardiff Luxury Coaches, Ltd., is a mactnra: which undoubtedly justifies the operator's motif %%hie]) incorporates the winds • ' I.ti u ry Coaches." The basis ot the vehicle is an A.E.C. oil-engined chassis and the body, a hieli was built by Strachans Successors, Ltd., North Acton, London, W.3, incorporates features such as enable a bodybuilder to give full scope to his art. The cab, as will be seen from one of the accomiranying illustrations, merges into the streamline form of the +.khole, the frontal aspect being given a striking effect, by reason of the chromium-plated ornamental grille over the radiator, backed with fine mesh, also chromium plated.

Whilst this design gives an unbroken body line, enhancing the general appearance of the machine, it has its practical aspects, in that it provides for a full-fronted windscreen, providing excellent visibility for the driver.

Headlamps and fog lamp are Bushmounted, the fog lamp aperture, which, of course, is on the near side, being balanced by a grille-enclosed opening behind which the electric horn is installed. In keeping with the modern tendency, the entrance door is of the sliding type, the operating handle being sunk into the door panel.

A feature which adds to the general imposing appearance of the machine is the use of D windows, those on the cab line being brought down to give an unbroken sweep to the waist line and, incidentally, the maximum degree of visibility for the driver.

The seating, which provides for 35 passengers, has been designed to give the utmost comfort, the Dunlopillo cushioning being trimmed in moquette and leather.

The design follows what amounts to a separate backsupport for each passenger, a feature which is clearly shown in the illustration of the interior.

Roof cambers are of glass and in order that the wide luggage racks should not unduly negative the use of glass in this way, the base of the racks is made in fine-mesh, chromium plating again being adopted. In addition to the racks there is a large luggage locker arranged at the rear of the body.

The underside of the sliding roof is tastefully finished in veneer panelling, and with stainless-steel capping to all pillars; the general effect produced is particularly pleasing.

Equipped as it is with radio, passengers destined to use this coach will certainly experience road travel at its best.
