Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

• One of the more important decisions to come out of the IRU Congress in Budapest concerns weights and dimensions of goods vehicles. The IRU is to suggest to European governments that they standardize on the following limits for tractor/trailer combinations and attics: Total length of tractor/ trailer combination-18m (59ft 0.75in.): overall length of artics, 15.6m (Sift lin): maximum axle weight, 13 tons: maximum bogie weight, 20 tons.

The suggested attic length is to allow a 40ft or two 20ft containers to be accommodated more easily.
