six-cylinder diesel engines now coming off the Vauxhall production lines have C.A.V. DPA distributor-type fuel-injection pumps, replacing the C.A.V. in-line equipment formerly fitted. The DPA pumps are driven in tandem with the air compressor or exhauster and incorporate hydraulic governors. As with the original engine, however, mechanically governed units continue to be offered, in which case the in-line pump is retained.
