Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

AN eleetro-hydraulic 2-ton mobile hoist is now available from James H. Randall and Son, Ltd., Paddington Green Works, London, W.2. A positive lock operates when the maximum-lift position is reached.

A useful feature is that all four wheels of the lifted vehicle hang free. Mounted on three heavily supported wheels, the forward one of which swivels, the Mondial hoist, as it is known, can be handled by one operative.

In the closed position, the unit is 14 ft. 2 in. long, whilst the length of the upper horizontal carrier is 11 ft. 4+ in. Its height when raised is 4 ft. 9 in. and lowered 51 in. Lifting time is two minutes.
