Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

rALtd., for the transport of schoolchildren is claimed to be the first vehicle in the East Midlands to display the words " School Bus" on its destination gear.

The idea, which is widely used in America and in certain other parts of Britain, was put forward by the Stapleford Road Safety Committee, but Barton were the only local bus company to adopt it. They plan to put the signal on all their 290 vehicles.
