THE final of the Scottish Commercial Vehicle Driver of the Year Competition will be held at Stockbridge, Linlithgow, near Edinburgh, on September 28. It has had the blessing of Mr. J. S. Maclay, a former Minister of Transport and now Scottish Secretary of State. A report of last Sunday's eliminating round in the English contest appears on page 797.
