Overcoming cynicism

Board member Andy Boyle, boss of ABE (Ledbury), gives us his view: "I think that when small hauliers read about it they'll think Oh, more jobs for the boys, another waste of money' and [the body) will be treated with the cynicism that these things usually receive. It's up to us at SfL to wrap it up and package it in a more appealing and exciting way than the RHDTC was.
