Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

Sorry I'm late darling. I got stuck in a traffic jam behind this enormous 95-tonne dredger. If your spouse has come home late recently with this excuse, then for once they are not telling porky pies. Crane and Transport Services based at Heathrow had the task of moving this heavy load from Chichester in West Sussex to Birdham Marina in the South of the city. The 15m plough dredger called Thumper has been ordered by Edinburgh City Council to work at Port Edgar Marina in South Queensferry. The dredger will make its way from Birdham by sea to Scotland.

The five-mile journey by rood took three hours. The convoy travelled at walking pace and included two cranes as well as linesmen for British Telecom and Southern Electricity, to make sure no cables were damaged en route.
