As a result of these poor results, two to three freight vessels (and four to six passenger ones) will be sold; 350 redundancies will result during the year.
Some reorganisation of North Sea freight tonnage will result. The company will use its ro-ro vessels Dana Minerva and Dana Optima on these routes as soon as their present Caribbean timecharter period expires. In the meantime, chartered ro-ro tonnage will be used.
