Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

THE ROAD Haulage Association's projected Spanish conference in November (CM, February 7) will cost members 1E295 each if they fly from Gatwick or Luton airports.

The price is for half-board shared accommodation and travel to and from the Andalucia Plaza Hotel, near Marbella, gala dinner dance and welcome cocktail party. Flights from Manchester and Birmingham will cost an extra £20, and excursions (one including dinner and a bullfight) will cost between £7 and £12.50 extra. There is no discount for children aged two or more.

Overland travel is also available (by rail and ferry) for £195 basic price.

The conference runs from November 12-20, with five weekday half-day business sessions, four of them open, and one in syndicate session. It is being run at the same time as the Scottish Motor Show.
