To help explain the developments in conditions of carriage it will be holding a series of one-day workshops on new and pending conditions of carriage.

Workshop dates are from April 21 until November 10 and will take place in Luton, Leeds, Birmingham, Stirling and Bristol. The course fee will be £60 plus vat for FTA members, and £70 plus vat for nonmembers.

The third course is on transport law and is aimed at those needing a concise and comprehensive knowledge of transport law.

Course content will include operator licensing, drivers' hours, records and tachographs, and vehicle taxation.
