Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

AFTER a lengthy hearing in Leeds. last week, the Yorkshire Licensing Authority granted permission to Blue Bird Garages (Hull), Ltd., to continue to operate certain Continental tours from Hull, but refused, for lack of evidence of need, to license a nine-day tour or Holland, Belgium and Paris.

Counsel for the applicants submitted that as one of the objectors, East Yorkshire Motor Services, Ltd., had no licence to operate Continental tours, they were not qualified to object. It was stated that they were associated with Sheffield United Tours, Ltd., who also objected.
