DUR1NG the first_ nine months of this
• year, deliveries of motor spirit, at 5,019.929 tons, represented an 18-per-cent. increase over the comparable figure for 1957, although in the latter period consumption was affected by the Suez crisis. Premium grades made up 58.1 per cent. of petrol supplies in the first nine months of this year, as against 53.4 per cent, last year.
Sales of 1.515.744 tons of oil fuel formed a 15.8-per-cent. increase.
