TRANSPEED SAYS rr has "turned a corner" following a Traffic Commissioner's (IC) decision to haul it before a public inquiry (PI) after it acquired transport work, staff and vehicles run by collapsed operator Caveman Consultants, which traded as The Logistix Group.
