Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

The M6 Toll's electronic tag payment system is the easiest and most convenient way for hauliers to use the motorway.

A tag attached to a vehicle's windscreen allows the driver to pass through without having to stop at a toll booth. Drivers will not need to look for change or keep receipts, just continue on through the designated tag lanes, saving them further time on their way to make their deliveries.

The tag has a microchip that is automatically read at each toll booth. Providing there is credit in the account, a green light will appear, the toll barrier will rise and the vehicle can proceed without delay.

Each time a tag is read, it sends information to a database to update the account. Monthly statements show account holders where and when the tag was used.

As well as providing such invaluable information, a company tag account enables the holder to manage their use with ease.

• To open a tag account call 0870 850 6262 between 8.30am and 5pm or visit the M6 Toil website www.m6toll.co.uk
