Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

An Irish motorist has found that there is a steep price to pay for living in today's throw-away society. Quite rightly too. An uncaring litter bug, Kathleen White of Finglas. Dublin. was spotted tossing two empty fast food cartons out of her car as she drove along near Dublin's M50, For this display of unsociable behaviour she was fined 1100 and ordered to pay £100 costs at Dublin District Court. In future I reckon she'll find it cheaper to eat in, as two hundred quid for burger and chips is enough to launch anyone on a low fat diet.
