Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

GOODS IN TRANSIT

Transfrigoroute UK, the organisation that represents operators of controlled temperature vehicles, has set new, higher standards of insurance for its members.

It improves the minimum standards of goods in transit liability. To coincide with this move Transfigoroute's insurance broker, Hogg Robinson Thompson Betts, has devised a new policy that meets the new requirement: and that also has an optional risks" extension. This insure the goods against "all risks" rather than merely covering the haulier's liability for the goods if they are damaged b! his negligence.

The new policy also has th benefit of a 24-hours-a-day claims bureau to offer immediate help and advice.
