THE THIRD edition of Motor Vehicle Technical Regulations, fii published in 1974 has just become available.
It gives an informed interpretation of the Motor Vehicles (Construction and Use) Regulations and the Road Vehicles (Lighting) Regulations and classifies the vehicles to which each regulation applies, all in easily understood language.
The edition has over 250 pages, updating information to July 1982. Over the last four years just fewer than 100 amendments and additions hz been made to Construction a Use Regulations and there now more than 50 El Directives and ECE Regulatic relating to road vehicles.
