Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

ADETACHABLE aluminium top for portable containers has been developed by N. Tamplin and Co. Ltd. of Birdham, nr. Chichester. The detachable top is an alternative to the standard hoops and sheet cover, and a container thus fitted has recently been supplied to Baird's Malt. The container is a Tamplin model 6TP, self-contained tipping, with an overall length of 15 ft. 7 in., and approximate capacity of 450 cult. Edbro twin ram tipping gear is fitted, the rams being operated by the Tamplin Power Pack built into the container.

The aluminium cover has four screwdown clamping bars, one at each corner of the container, and it can be fitted in a few moments. On top of the cover are four loading hatches enabling equal distribution of the material inside the container. When removed, the cover can be stored, and the standard hoops and sheet can be employed instead, making the container ready for a normal day's service where return toads of sacks have to be carried.
