Continental Oil Company Ltd. and of its marketing associate in Britain, Continental Oil (U.K.) Ltd. Mr. Hagle succeeds Mr. John G. McLean, who is returning to New York as senior vice-president, in charge of international activities, of the parent Continental Oil Company. Mr. W. F. Brown, previously deputy managing director, becomes managing director of Continental Oil Company Ltd. Mr. L. F. McCollum becomes chairman and chief executive officer of Continental Oil Company after 17 years as the company's president. He is succeeded as president by Mr. A. W. Tarkington.
