A T its meeting on October 1, the national council of the R.H.A. will be asked to approve the disbandment of the sugar beet functional group and its incorporation into the agricultural hauliers' group. The beet group has suggested that areas should appoint to the agriculttfral group half the number of delegates who already represent them on the beet group, with at least one per area. These delegates would be additional to the existing area representation on the agricultural committee. This will be an important meeting of the national council, as another item on the agenda is consideration of B.R.S. membership, as announced a few weeks ago.
