AN indication of the importance which is being placed upon the future of battery-electric vehicles is given by the registration of the Q Vehicle Co., with a small capital, to supply electrically propelled and other vehicles.There will be 5 to '15 directors, of whom Mr. E. Cecil Kny may appoint not more than three, and the United Molasses Co., Ltd., a maximum of five; other first directors may be appointed by the subscribers.

REGULATIONS ON THE TRANSPORT OF EXPLOSIVES
ANY operator who is likely to be occupied with the transport of Government explosives by road should make certain of obtaining a copy of the Regulations laying down the conditions which must be complied with. These are obtainable from H.M. Stationery Office at Id.
The Treasury has also sanctioned an indemnity to carriers which will be granted provided that the Regulations be observed.
