● The TC will look at disciplinary action against Birmingham-based Kiely Bros on 15 October.
● A PI will discuss disciplinary action against Clifford Kelvin Smith, based in Stoke-On-Trent, on 18 October.
● An inquiry on 18 October will examine disciplinary action against Burntwood-based Tunley Rod and Bar (Decoilers).
● On 23 October disciplinary action against Roadway International Hauliers, which is based in Walsall, will be discussed at a hearing.
Bristol
● Dursley-based Stokes and Johnson will submit a new application at a PI on 16 October. The repute of the company’s transport manager will also be on the agenda.
● Disciplinary action against Thames Water, based in Reading, will be looked at by the TC at a PI on 18 October.
● Richard Hudson, based in Ilfracombe, will appear before the TC at a hearing on 24 October. Disciplinary action, the transport manager’s repute and a community authorisation will be on the agenda.
