Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

TEXTILE RECYCLING company Choice Textile has taken delivery of six Euro-3 Renault Midlum 220.10s with box tail-lifts. The trucks were supplied by Renault Trucks London through the Renault Trucks Choice used vehicle programme and replace the company's Euro-2 ivecos.

The Midlums will be used to collect second-hand clothing from charity shops across the south of England. Choice Textile has chosen to upgrade from a 7.5 tonne fleet to a 10-tonne fleet. to enable more clothing and textiles to be transported in one load, reducing the number of journeys required. The company estimates that this will cut its carbon footprint by 50%.

Aloysius Ihezie, director at Choice Textile, says: "Along with reducing the number of journeys we make, the Euro-3 Renault Midlums will provide better fuel consumption and require less maintenance."
