Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

AS MORE USED trucks come onto the market with digitachs, independent dealer Hanbury Riverside is offering its customers tuition on the new technology.

"We're even going to the extent of obtaining tacho card application forms and posting them to the customers concerned so that any drivers who don't have cards can obtain them in good time," says Hanbury director Lee Smith.

It is an approach that is working, he says: 'Operators that wouldn't have taken a digital truck six months ago are a lot more open to taking them now. And once we've shown them what digital is all about, they're agreeably surprised by how easy it all is.

"As a consequence we're selling digital vehicles like you wouldn't believe."
