Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

MORE MAN trucks may be sold in Poland than in the UK next year. The claim, made by MAN CEO Anton Weinmann at last week's opening of the German manufacturer's production plant in Cracow, Poland, comes in the light of recent suggestions by M AN-ERF chief executive Des Evans that MAN is now in second place in terms of UK tractor unit sales.

"We are assuming that the markets in Eastern Europe and the CIS [II former Soviet Republics including Russia and Ukraine] will be growing at above-average rates," says Lars Wrcbo, MAN's production director. We want to share in this growth."

The new plant will concentrate on the plus-16t MAN range, with TGA-WW models predominating. By mid-2010, the workforce is likely to number 650 people, and the facility has a maximum annual capacity of 15,000 units.
