KOGEL WILL BE equipping all semi-trailers from the MAXX range with reinforced rear underrun protection as standard. This will meet an EU Directive, coming into force in 2010, that doubles the amount of force that underrun protection on the rear of commercial vehicles will have to be able to withstand.
At the same time, Kogel is introducing a new rear design with a division of the light bracket and underrun protection. This enables the light bracket to be replaced independently to the underrun protection if damaged. The light bracket is made of impactresistant plastic.
