Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

When Prince Zachias Ade Ogunwo, vicepresident of the Nigerian Motor Transport Users' Union and his general secretary met lain Sherriff at Earls Court, they spoke highly of the trade associations in Great Britain. It was with something akin to awe that they heard about TRTA, RHA, PTA, PVOA. MPTA, SRPTA, NAFWR, BAOFR and so on. The Prince looked sad: "We have only one to cover all of these functions", he said. Then he brightened up. "But we hope to make progress, like you," he added.

Initially they hope to affiliate to one or two of our associations and it was this, together with the attraction of the Commercial Motor Show, which had brought them to London. As a personal aside, I was tickled to learn that the Prince intends to take out a subscription to CM and I gather that the deputy editor has invited him to become a contributor and he has agreed.
