Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

Just before the opening of the Houndsworth MoT testing station at Sheffield, a lorry bearing the new roller brake tester wound its tortuous way over the Pennines via Snake Pass and drew into the yard. During the unloading operations it was found that one of the vehicle's front wheel bearings had collapsed.

The station manager, Mr. S. Green, pronounced that he could not let the vehicle go out again on the road and now, the load having been transferred, it awaits the scrap merchant's arrival.

And the moral of that story is: See that your own vehicle is in good order before you deliver equipment to be used on testing other people's!
