Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

• Mr Len Votier, managing director of the Norwich-based firm Mascot Coaches, whose turnover is now approaching the £200,000 mark, has been fired by his company.

Mr Votier is reported as saying that he was removed as managing director last month and removed from the board altogether following a meeting on April 30. It is understood he still has a share interest in the family business he helped to build up.

In recent years the company has specialind in Continental holiday work and has proved very successful. It is understood no immediate plans for any changes in the business are intended.
