THE 1)11ADLINE FOR entries to the Brake Fleet Safety Forum Awards for Excellence is just a month away. The awards, supported by CM, recognise the achievements of those that have worked to reduce the number of crashes involving at-work drivers.

Any organisation running any type of fleet may enter: entries from suppliers of products or services to fleets are also welcome.

There are nine categories for entry. including: Road Risk Manager of the Year Award; Fleet Safety Analysis and Action Award:and Fleet Safety Provider of the Year Award.

The winners will be announced at a gala dinner on 1 July at Chesford Grange. Warwickshire. Brake Fleet Safety Forum manager Roz Cumming says: Awards present a fantastic opportunity to receive national recognition for your commitment to fleet safety.

She adds: "We had a record number of entries in 2009. with more and more fleets acting positively to manage their risks. We hope to see the trend continuing into 2010."

Entries must be submitted by 12 April.

Tickets cost £95 per seat or £900 for a table of 10. A year's subscription to the Fleet Safety Forum is free with every table booking.
