One of the creditors, Eurodrive Consultants, was awarded £54,000 in Edinburgh Sheriff Court in January, while FISH Transport says it is Owen £16.000. Both fear they will not be paid if the firm is liquidated.
HSH Transport and another creditor, National Tyre Services, were awarded an interim interdict in the Court of Session, the supreme court in Scotland, against RMS holding a meeting of the creditors on 1March.
RMS had its Operator's Licence revoked on 14 Apri11999 and its director Allan Mortor was disqualified from holding an 0-licence for five years.
