Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

uaving read Ilona Richards' Iletters regarding speed (CM11-17 February), I agree that something more has to be done about the minority of HGV drivers who are hell-bent on speeding regardless of conditions, and I welcome the use of speed limiters and spy cameras If a so-called professional driver is caught by one of these cameras, the company is automatically sent a summons But, reading CM, it seems one of the greatest offenders are tanker drivers. A tanker carries a volatile load that can, and has caused havoc and death.
