Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

• Road marking company Prismo has had two of its trucks, worth around £70,000, stolen from High Street, Oxted, Surrey during the early hours on Monday 1 June. One is a 6x2 Daf 3300 sleeper cab artic, registration B575BGF, chassis 263360, and engine F881133. The yellow and black tractive unit, which is plated at 55 tonnes GCW, has an unusually low top gear and rear axle ratio, restricting it to a maximum speed of only 68km/h (42mph).

The other missing vehicle is an 8x4 Volvo F7 tipper, registration number WLE54X, chassis D17355, engine 139641. It has a Hiab chassismounted crane and a 2,000 litre emulsion tank is fitted between the body and cab.
