Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

• Nissan has given its second most popular commercial vehicle, the E23 Urvan, a facelift that includes more power for the diesel and petrol engines, an improved payload capacity, a redesigned front grille and larger bumpers.

With the demise of the Spanish-built Nissan Ebro Trade in this country, the Urvan is now Nissan's heaviest commercial vehicle next to the Cabstar chassis cab. The company has increased the price of the Urvan to £6,690 plus VAT for the petrol derivative, and 27,499 plus VAT for the diesel.

The higher compression ratio diesel engine now produces 51.5kW (69hp) at 4,300rpm, a 3% improvement in power, with more torque at higher revs. The petrol engine now produces 64.9kW (87hp), an 8% increase in power but with the same torque at the same revs.

An increase in the gross weights of each model has allowed a payload increase of 2% to 1,310kg for the petrol model, but a payload fall of 2.5% to 1,200kg for the diesel engined Urvan model.

Load restraint hooks have been included in the specification, and a guard rail protects the front occupants. A dual front passenger seat is now standard fitment, and the seats have adjustable head restraints.
