Incidentally, nor is there a quota for short distance transit for travel between the North German ports of Bremerhaven or Hamburg and the border with East Germany: these are now part of the General Quota. 3. Finally, the EC directive to increase to 200 litres duty free fuel in tanks becomes effective from July 1984 at the latest (not July this year).
